2.1 Authentication Information - We use Google Sign-in for user authentication - We collect your Google account email and name - No passwords are stored by our app

2.2 User-Generated Content - Photos you upload of your poultry - Bird records and management data - Personal notes and descriptions - Purchase/subscription information

2.3 Device Permissions The app requests access to: - Camera: To take photos of birds for documentation - Photo Library (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): To select existing photos - Device Storage: To store app data locally - Audio: For push notification sounds - Device Vibration: For haptic feedback - Boot Completion: To maintain app functionality

2.4 Technical Information - Device type and OS version - App usage analytics (anonymous) - Crash reports for debugging - Feature usage patterns

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

- Authenticate and manage user accounts
- Store and sync your poultry records across devices

- Send push notifications and reminders

- User data is stored on Supabase secure servers
- We use encryption for sensitive data
- Data is backed up regularly

- Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

- Supabase (Backend data storage)
- RevenueCat (Subscription processing)
- Firebase (Push notifications)

DATA RETENTION

- User data is retained while your account is active
- Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed
- Some anonymized analytics may be retained for 90 days
